For the Wings
- chicken wings
- cornflour
- garlic powder
- cumin
- paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Oil spray
For the Sauce
- bunch fresh coriander
- green chillies
- garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- skyr
- Salt, to taste
- Splash of water

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, coat the wings evenly with cornflour, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and salt. Lightly spray with oil.

Arrange the coated wings in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 12 minutes.

Flip the wings to the other side.

Continue to air fry at 200°C (390°F) for another 13 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.

While the wings are cooking, combine the fresh coriander, green chillies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, skyr, salt, and a splash of water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Once the wings are done, immediately transfer them to a large bowl and toss with the prepared sauce until evenly coated. Serve hot.
